PASTRIMA/BASTURMA (Cured Beef)
The mixture will give you the wonderful taste of Pastirma.
Mix the mixture in a deep bowl by slowly adding a little water, until your mixture becomes a thick paste.
Leave it for a day covered in the refrigerator.
The next day, cover your already prepared meat evenly with the mixture, using a brush and after wetting your hands, spread it evenly until it has a glossy texture.
Leave your pasturma hanging for another three weeks until it is ready to cut.
The mixture contains :fenugreek, paprika, cumin, pepper, allspice.
