A mixture with a perfect balance between spices and herbs for a tasty and light kebab.
Mix the mixture well with the minced meat and knead persistently so that the fat is spread throughout the mixture evenly.
The longer the better result you will get (at least 15 minutes).
Cover with a film and leave it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, ideally from the night before.
Shape the kebabs at least half an hour before baking.
Grill, oven and even in the pan.
The mixture contains:paprika, cumin, sumac, coriander, chili.
