PURCHASE PROCEDURE

When you fill your cart with the products you want, click the "complete order" button. The order is completed in 3 steps.
In the first step you are given the opportunity to edit the quantity of your products and remove any of them from your cart by clicking the icon with the X.
In the 2nd step you select the Shipping Method. You can choose:
- to receive the products you ordered with EL.TA courier. In this case the shipping costs will be displayed on your screen. Delivery will be made within the next 2-7 working days from the day you placed your order. In exceptional cases (including those of force majeure) and if the customer is informed in advance, the delivery time may be extended.
- to receive the products you ordered from our company. In this case we advise you to contact us by phone the next working day from the day you placed your order, to be informed of the exact time when your order will be ready to be delivered to you.
To complete your order click the "Buy" button.
If you pay by credit card, you will be taken to the bank page where you will fill in the details in the form given to you. When the payment is completed you will be taken back to us, a successful transaction message will appear and you will be sent a confirmation email. If the payment fails, you will be taken back to us, and an unsuccessful transaction message will appear.
Note that the card should belong to the person who placed the order, because only then will we be able to deliver the order to you. The same goes if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be corporate and the name of the recipient must be written on the card.
If you pay via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal page where you will fill in the details in the form given to you.
