Pastitsada is the very popular traditional food from Corfu. In essence, it is a braised rooster with thick pasta like the ones we use in the pasticcio, hence her name. Spetseriko is a wonderful blend with a strong, intense and slightly sweet aroma. Its taste is sweet, with slightly spicy notes. We can use it in all cooked foods and especially those with red sauses. The mixture contains cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, cumin, pepper, allspice, allspice and bay leaf.
