Arnica Tincture, ( Arnica montana L ). 50ml ID: 729-70

As an endemic plant of Europe, it grows in its mountainous and alpine meadows, up to 3,000 meters high, in mainly acidic soils as it likes the moist, peaty siliceous soils of the mountains of central Europe.
It is said that generations of Swiss mountain guides chewed its leaves to stave off the fatigue that resulted from climbing.
The dried leaves were used as a substitute for tobacco, so in those parts its common name was "mountain tobacco" - mountain tobacco or mountain tobacco.

Today, arnica is widely used for the treatment of various pathological conditions such as bruises, swelling associated with wounds, pain, inflammation and post-operative clinical conditions, minor injuries, sprains, symptoms of osteoarthritis of the hands.

General pain:

Arnica Montana is an effective treatment for pain throughout the body.
Arnica is indicated when there is severe pain throughout the body and every joint hurts.
When we feel the whole body is bruised and hurts.
Arnica is also an excellent homeopathic remedy when joint pain is the result of a fall or injury.

Back pain :

Arnica Montana is effective for back muscle pain for patients whose back muscles started to hurt after an injury.
It is also of great help to patients who complain of excessive muscle pain in the back and Pain worsens with touch and movement.

Bruises:

A bruise is a bluish-black discoloration that forms under the skin, sometimes it can look like a blood clot.
It can also be given for bruises resulting from a blow to the stomach or other organs.

Oncolysis:

Arnica Montana is indicated for Oncolysis due to trauma or injury to the nails. When we hit the nails and a black and blue color is created under the nail.

Bleeding :

Arnica has a wonderful ability to reabsorb blood.
It can be given for haematomas (collection of blood below surface layers) and for conditions where there is occult bleeding, blood has escaped from the capillaries but the skin remains intact.

Pus formation (Suppuration):

Arnica has often proved beneficial in cases where wounds have formed pus.
It can be administered in cases of pyemia and septicemia.

Sprain:

Arnica relaxes the tension of the sprained ligament and helps manage the pain and lameness of the affected part.

Myalgia:

After an episode of flu, patients complain of muscle aches all over and this is where Arnica can prove beneficial.

Usage:

Arnica tincture is for external use only)

Dilute arnica tincture in warm or cold water.
Dip a soft cloth into the solution.
Pull the cloth and place it over the treatment area.
Leave the compress on the area for 10 to 20 minutes.

Side effects :

It should not come into contact with "open" wounds because it can cause intense stinging.
In less diluted formulas, arnica may cause a mild allergic reaction. This happens more often in people allergic to plants of the Asteraceae family.
