Yohimbe is a natural herbal extract derived from the bark of the Pausinystalia yohimbe tree, which grows in West Africa.
The bark contains the chemical yohimbine, which is traditionally used as an aphrodisiac.
What Yohimbe is used for:
1. Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
Yohimbine has been traditionally used as a natural aphrodisiac and to treat erectile dysfunction.
It acts as a vasodilator and increases blood circulation in the genital area.
The yohimbine in yohimbe can increase blood flow and nerve impulses to the penis or vagina.

If you use Yohimbe bark tea:
1 cup of tea (from ~1-2g of bark)
Take it 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse
Ideally fasting or with a very light meal
DO NOT combine it with alcohol, because it can reduce effectiveness (or increase blood pressure dangerously)
2. Weight loss & fat burning
It is used in supplements to increase metabolism and lipolysis (especially stubborn fat, e.g. in the abdomen).

Dried Yohimbe bark is mainly used to make a drink/infusion (tea) or tincture. Below I explain how to use it safely. Ingredients: 1 teaspoon dried Yohimbe bark (about 1-2 grams) in 250-300 ml of water Instructions: Boil the water in a saucepan. Add the Yohimbe bark. Reduce the heat and boil for 10-15 minutes (not just steeping – boiling is required). Strain the drink and drink it as soon as it cools down. Suggested consumption: 1 time per day, preferably before physical or sexual activity activity. Do not exceed the dosage, as side effects may occur. ⚠️ Caution – Side Effects: Yohimbine can cause severe side effects, especially in high doses or when combined with other stimulants: Increased heart rate Anxiety, insomnia Dizziness or headache Increased blood pressure Nausea Not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension or psychiatric disorders. DO NOT take Yohimbe after 5:00 PM → it can cause insomnia. Always start with a small dose → test how you react (some people experience severe tremors or nervousness).
