Use

Apply a sufficient amount to the hair and gently massage, starting from the roots and reaching to the ends of your hair.

We wrap our hair with a film and then with a warm towel. Leave for at least an hour.

We can leave it on for longer if our hair is dehydrated, dry and easily broken.
