Great for eye diseases where it helps with acute or chronic inflammation, stinging and tearing of the eyes, as well as hypersensitivity to light. It is used as a compress, but also for internal use in cases of conjunctivitis and blepharitis.

It is considered to be effective in relieving runny nose, sinusitis and generally has a positive effect on all congestive conditions of the respiratory system (including those due to allergies).

Euphrasia can also be used as a mouthwash (rinse or gargle) for inflammation and infections of the mouth and throat.

How to use: infusion, compress.
