Glucomannan is a 100% natural, water-soluble fiber derived from the root of the Konjac plant and can lead to weight loss.

Glucomannan is used in cases such as constipation, weight loss in adults and children, type 2 diabetes, and lowering cholesterol.

It is very low in calories, takes up a lot of space in the stomach and causes a feeling of fullness (satiety), reducing food intake at a later meal.
